How To Be More Productive

Create a To Do List: To be more productive, you need to start creating your to do list, write down everything you want to do for a day. You can write it down during the night before so that in the morning you can start working on it.

Focus on One Goal at a Time: Working at more than one thing can be a stresser (if that is even a word) , i used to do this, i could want to focus on more than one thing until i realized that i was not productive in any of the goals that i was trying to work on.

Set Small Goals: Another tip on how to be more productive is to set small goals that you can achieve them, if you set really big goals that sometimes you can not achieve them, if you want to more productive then you need to set small goals that are achievable.

Focus on the Important Task First: You need to focus on the most important things first, for example whenever i want write a blog post, i start start with the topic then i go on to research on the topic then i start outlining the way i want to write the blog post. So whenever it is you want to do put the important task first.

Create a List Of Distraction: Another tip on how to be more productive is to create a list of distraction, write the things that distract you easily whether its your phone or your thoughts or maybe its noise then put it down on a list and start working on how to work around those distraction,

Think/Talk Positively: Our thoughts have a powerful hold on us, if you are having a negative thought about something then that thing will turn out bad but if you think positive thoughts then the outcome of that thing is going to be positive. Whenever you want to work on something think positive thoughts and talk positively about it.

Create a Routine: Another tip on how to be more productive is to create a routine that you can stick to, try and create a routine that you can work with, i know it is not going to be easy but if you take it one day at a time then you will start seeing some result.

Find Out When You Are Most Productive:If you want to be more productive then you need to find out when you are most productive whether its in the morning, afternoon or evening. I find that my most productive time is in the morning and in the middle of the night.

Celebrate Your Milestone: The last tip on how to be more productive is to celebrate your milestone no matter how small it is.

That is all the tip i have for you on how to be more productive, i hope this tips helps you to be more productive. Remember it is only you that can work hard on being more productive. DON’T FORGET WASH YOUR HANDS AND PRACTICE SOCIAL DISTANCING.
