You need to let your partner know how you feel all the time, your partner is not a mind reader he/she won’t know how you feel or what you are going through if you don’t tell them, So let your feelings be known at all times.

Learn Each Other’s Boundaries: Learning what you and your partner can take is another tip on how to improve your relationship, you and our partner can talk this out about what he/she can and cannot take in your relationship.

Start A Routine: You and your partner can start a routine together, little things like ordering pizza or who makes popcorn during movie night. These little things that can become a routine, routines don’t have to be complicated.

    I’ve noticed the longer my husband and I have been together, the less we put an emphasis on date night.
    I like that you only suggest a monthly date night (or anything that works for the couple). I’ve seen so many “once a week” date nights that I feel like we’re messing up by not making time for that.
